  • Associate Brand Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • - Strategize, plan & execute the projects required to boost our brand presence online and offline
    • - Action and analyze consumer insights & take up initiatives to position our brand
    • - Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all external communication
    • - Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor activities to identify opportunities
    • - Collaborate closely with the internal team to help manage social media, web, content, design, video and ecomm platforms

    Requirements:

    • - Bachelor’s Degree in advertising or marketing
    • - 3+ years of experience in brand / account management (agency)
    • - Previous experience with social media (content management, influencer marketing, paid media, etc.)
    • - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organization and attention to detail.
    • - Self starter who can carry out tasks start to end without constant supervision - Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment keeping all the work organised and ensure fast delivery of all marketing deliverables
  • Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities:

    • - Designs for Social Media, performance marketing, ecommerce platforms, and other digital platforms
    • - Design / edit print assets such as product packaging, standees, posters, brochures, etc.
    • - Produce creative ideas for campaigns and product launches
    • - Meet deadlines and deliver requirements efficiently, without compromising on quality
    • - Work with copywriters and brand managers to ensure the designs meet the purpose
    • - Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends

    Requirements:

    • - Degree in Graphic Design or related field
    • - 2+ years of experience designing online and offline assets (Advertising agency experience preferred)
    • - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory)
    • - Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe XD, CorelDRAW are a plus
    • - Proven record of excellent work demonstrated in a professional portfolio
    • - Anesthetic sense & creative vision
    • - Exceptional capability with typography, color, layout, and prototyping
    • - The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines
    • - Must be able to create content that aligns with the brand profile
    • - Must come up with original visuals and designs that reflect passion and knowledge
  • Senior Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities:

    • - Overlook junior designers to ensure quality and brand guidelines are met
    • - Design and produce for a wide array of media ranging from offline billboards to dynamic Instagram stories
    • - Designing product packaging and other offline assets
    • - Produce creative ideas for campaigns and product launches
    • - Work closely with brand managers to ideate on new campaigns
    • - Creating moodboards and storyboarding for graphic and shot videos
    • - Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends

    Requirements:

    • - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
    • - 5+ years of experience designing online and offline assets (Advertising agency experience preferred)
    • - Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (Mandatory)
    • - Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, CorelDRAW are a plus
    • - Self-driven with the ability to work without constant supervision

    Responsibilities:

    • - Developing content for Social Media, Website, emailers, video scripts, performance and other online and offline marketing assets
    • - Strategy and communication ideas for Social Media campaigns and other marketing collateral
    • - Maintain brand voice for consistency in messaging
    • - Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.
    • - Tailor copy appropriate to the target audience

    Requirements:

    • - Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of experience
    • - Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, along with strong research skills
    • - Excellent time-management and organizational skills
    • - Self-driven with the ability to work without constant supervision
    • - Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
    • - Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with the team and partners
    • - Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
